Mean Green Machine Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups of spinach leaves cleaned and chopped
1 medium apple sliced
1-2 Tbsp of honey or agave nectar
1 Tbsp of flaxseed oil or flaxseeds
½ cup of avocado
½ cup of berries
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of almond vanilla milk
Directions
Pour yogurt, milk, honey, and flaxseed oil into the blender first. Add the fruit and spinach then blend. Once everything is blended pour into a cup and ENJOY! This can be used as a meal replacement or a snack for in between meals.
