Livin Da VvIDALYFE isn’t just about being physically active, but it involves eating all of our daily nutrients in a healthy and sustainable way. Learning how to eat daily and keep up with it to support your daily functions can be a little annoying. Especially, if you’re super busy and the last thing you want to do is think of cooking for yourself, partner, and/or family. Plus, healthy. Let me show you how to  eat effortlessly.

Option A

  • Purchase the meal plans and go grocery shopping on my grocery Amazon page for specific products
  • For an additional fee boxes are filled with all of the ingredients for you to cook for each meal. Then they’re delivered to your doorstep. 
  • Make the meals with your loved ones for bonding time and/or get yourself ready to be a mini chef in your kitchen. 

Option B

  • Purchase the meal plans and the ready to eat entrees to go with it. 
  • Receive the meals individually packaged and frozen. Keep frozen until they’re ready to be eaten. Thaw and warm up in the oven or microwave. Then serve.

Nutrition Plans with out Prepared Meals or Delivered Ingredients

  • Meal plans for 2 weeks 
  • Meal plans for 3 weeks
  • 1 month meal plan
This plan will include what one needs to eat 6-8 times a day to keep the metabolism going and to meet your daily nutritional needs.  This can be vegan, vegetarian, and/or flexitarian. ( I do not deliver animal based chicken, beef, pork, or fish in the ingredient box for sanitary reasons) Contact me for price and details.

Purchase a meal plan and the meals to go with it! Ready to eat meals delivered to your door! All you have to do is warm it up and serve. Meals are delivered frozen and sealed.  Keep frozen until they’re ready to be  eaten.  Meals are vegetarian and vegan.
